2. Products

All CBLUXEHAIR products are 100% human hair unless otherwise stated.

We strive to display colors and textures as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or donor differences.

These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at checkout.
We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
CBLUXEHAIR reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or incomplete payment.

4. Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-Ship Units: 3–5 business days processing
Custom Units: 7–14 business days processing

Once shipped:

UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
International Delivery: 6–12 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

After your order is handed over to the courier, CBLUXEHAIR is not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.

Each unit is inspected and quality-checked before shipping.

6. Address & Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

CBLUXEHAIR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once items are in the customer’s possession, maintenance and care are the customer’s responsibility.
