All orders placed through CBLUXEHAIR are subject to processing before shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Units: 3–5 business days

Custom Units: 7–14 business days (depending on the style and customisation)
Processing begins once full payment has been received.
Please ensure all order details — including cap size, texture, length, and delivery address — are correct before checking out.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Payment
Full payment is required at checkout.
CBLUXEHAIR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or incomplete payment.
Shipping
After processing is complete:

UK Orders: 3–5 business days (Royal Mail Tracked or courier service)

International Orders: 6–12 business days (depending on location)
A tracking link will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, CBLUXEHAIR is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
Please contact the courier directly for delivery updates using your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
CBLUXEHAIR is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final.
CBLUXEHAIR does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Each unit is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standard of quality.
Quality Disclaimer
All CBLUXEHAIR wigs and bundles are made from 100% human hair.
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, donor differences, or screen display settings.
These variations do not qualify as defects.
