We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
4. Hygiene & Product Exemption
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs are considered personal-use sealed goods.
Your cancellation right does not apply if hygiene protections have been removed or if the product has been worn, styled, altered, or tampered with.
Returns that do not meet hygiene requirements may be refused.
