Due to the nature of our products, CBLUXEHAIR does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Each unit is carefully handmade and inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.

 

 

 

Hygiene & Quality Control

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product has been shipped, it cannot be returned or resold.

This policy applies to all items, including:

 

  • Ready-to-Ship Units

  • Custom Units

  • Raw Hair Bundles

  • Closure/Frontal Pieces

  • Wig Accessories

 

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Please ensure all order details — including length, texture, color, and cap size — are correct before checking out.

 

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

Every order is inspected before shipment.

However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

 

 

Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or lace tone do not qualify as faults, as each raw donor’s hair is naturally unique.

 

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, CBLUXEHAIR is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.

Customers must contact the courier directly using their tracking number for all delivery issues.
